Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Onward, operated by The Harold Advisory Ltd. ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Onward.

1. Who can use Onward

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By using Onward you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. What Onward is

Onward is a subscription product offering a guided, structured program, AI-assisted tools, and content to help you build your own business. It is an educational tool, not professional advice — see our Disclaimer.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free trial, subscription & billing

Onward may offer a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the then-current price ($29/month or $199/year). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice, applying to future billing periods. Payments are handled by our processor (Stripe); we don't store full card details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Onward for anything unlawful, don't attempt to break or abuse the service, don't resell or scrape it, and don't upload content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content and ours

The ideas, plans, and documents you create in Onward are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process them so we can run the service for you. Onward's own brand, content, and software remain ours; please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

7. AI-generated guidance

Program responses and documents are generated with the help of AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Always verify anything important — especially legal, tax, and financial matters — before acting. See our Disclaimer.

8. No guarantees

Building a business depends on many things outside our control. We don't promise any particular result, income, client, or outcome.

9. Service "as is" & liability

Onward is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Questions? Email hello@betteronward.com.

By using Onward you acknowledge you've read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
