Privacy Policy
This policy explains what The Harold Advisory Ltd. ("we," "us") collects when you use Onward, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it plain.
Information we collect
- Account details — such as your name and email when you sign up.
- Payment information — handled by our processor (Stripe). We receive limited billing details but do not store your full card number.
- What you write — your answers, session inputs, goals, and reflections. Some of this can be personal or sensitive, such as how you're feeling or details about your finances. You choose what to share.
- Usage data — how you use the app, plus standard device and log information, to keep it running and improve it.
How we use your information
To provide and personalize the program and tools, generate the documents you build, process payments, communicate with you (including reminders and support), keep Onward secure, and improve it.
AI processing
To generate program responses and documents, the text you enter may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We share only what's needed to produce your results.
Who we share with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Onward — for example payment processing (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic), email delivery, hosting (Cloudflare), and analytics — under agreements that limit how they may use it. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Keeping & protecting your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. We use reasonable measures to protect it, though no method is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can access or update your details, export what you've created, or ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
Onward is for adults (18+) and isn't directed at children.
